Often I have wondered what Nike has meant by just do it. But after having a strple I have come to find out it means more than just a catch phrase. It is motivational like the Christmas music I am listening to. Handel.s Messiah a Soulful celebration it makes me want to move something.Having a stroke for some is the end for some because it effects so much, but we have , or i have an option to still make my lifw count. by just doing it. just excercising, just standing, just choosing to think on the good things God has done for and to just do it and dream.Melody.Drean, and not think life is over but it just needs work arounds.
